Connecting Meraki switches via fiber

Hey Guys,

I have set up my Meraki switches in my server room to test my current environment and everything works flawlessly. When I hook up my Meraki switches to my existing environment one works and one doesn't. The only difference I can find is the connection that didn't work is connected via SFP+ uplink ports and the one that did work is connected via SFP uplink ports.

I have a MS350-48p-L3 switch with a MA-SFP-10GB-LR plugged into SFP+ uplink port to a MS125-24P switch MA-SFP-10GB-LR plugged into SFP+ uplink port via 9/125 single mode fiber. (This one didn't work when I connect it to my existing fiber cable)

The one that did work was a MS210-48FP switch with a MA-SFP-10GB-LR plugged into a SFP uplink port to a MS210-48FP switch with a MA-SFP-10GB-LR plugged into a SFP uplink port via 9/124 single mode fiber.
