CVR-QSFP-SFP10G used on Nexus 9372X

I need clarification on using the CVR-QSFP-SFP10G

1) I believe on 9372X the speed group ports are 49-54

2) because the CVR-QSFP-SFP10G converts the 40G port to 10G is the speed-group command 10000 or 40000?

3) does the speed-group command only need to be confgiured on one of the ports, or all the ports in the group?

the problem is we have some existing 40G links on these ports, and now need to add some 10G links.

can anybody please clarify
