How do you reset CTM password through the server?

I'm currently locked out of the CTM 8.5 client but I can log into the server directly.  How do I reset the user password or create a new one?  Thanks in advance.

Cisco would rather not publish password recovery information in a public forum.  Please open a TAC case for assistance.

You can open the TAC case from teh forum.  If you are logged in, there is a clickable link in your "Actions box" on the upper right hand side.
