This is a Cisco community forum. The submarine cable industry in not one in which Cisco offers products. You would be best served inquiring with a company that actually is involved in the submarine cable industry.
I would research opportunities with companies similar to the company Subcom. Most repairs of submarine cables are done from ships that hoist the cable from the ocean floor to the ship deck for top-side repairs.
