Issue with connect QDD-400G-DR4-S to NC57-36H-6D slot on NCS 5508

Hi,

We are trying to connect new adapter (QDD-400G-DR4-S) between two NCS 5508 V 7.3.2 on same slot NC57-36H-6D-S on but the interface stays on HunderedGige speed and with the protocol down, the optics controls show only one line is sending and receiving power, and there is no configuration under the controllers
