Hello,
I'm trying to ftp copy the two SAN-OS files to bootflash. The smaller file (about 15 MB) seems transfer just fine on both 9124s. However, when I attempt to ftp the larger system file (54 MB) to the switches, the client (9124) aborts the transfer somewhere around 16 - 18 MB. After that, I can't telnet back into either of the switches for some unknown period of time (like the next day or days later).
Anyone know what's happening here and how I can fix this?
Thanks,
Chuck

its quite possible that its a problem with the ftp server software you are using, even if it says that the client closed the connection. try using different ftp software

Thanks Roman. I believe you're right. I tried tftp instead of ftp and had no problems. So, it's either the server I was using or maybe the box doesn't like ftp for large files like the one I was trying to upload. Thanks again.
