Native ATM25 with Catalyst 5500. Need help!

We want to run native ATM25 protocol all the way to a Catalyst 5500 switch. We're going to be using ATM25 and Ethernet line cards. My question is: would there be any problems with this set up. Like MTU size? Can you guys give us advice on with which version of software we would have at least problems. Or if anyone is running or ran this setup alrady we would appreciated heads up on possible problems. We will be testing this in field next week.

Cat 5500 is a End of life product you can use this for ATM with LS 1010 line card.
