Prisma II XD Platform

Regarding the Prisma II XD Chassis we have been getting an intermittent alarm over Input Power Supply Voltage. This issue appears to clear instantly making it difficult to troubleshoot. It does appear to point out a module inside the chassis, but these have been replaced and we still continue to have the alarm for Input Power Supply Voltage would this require the chassis to be replaced or is there other suggestion we can take possibly a threshold setting in the device that needs to be adjusted?

 - Check if the device has logs which can be examined , those info's can potentially point to the severity level of the issues noticed ,

Unfortunately, the logs do not help in determining the issue as it does not display any alarm with Input Power Supply Voltage. What I do see is hundreds of descriptions with "Watchdog detected task CCBPoll has been suspended".

 - The latter could be a bug ; check if this device can be upgraded (software or firmware wise) ; probably not related to the original problem but always good to try , if possible.
