Hi - im struggling to grasp he concept of loop testing done remotely. I've heard of the terms terminal facing and facility facing but cannot picture what this loops? Can anyone describe loop testing done remotely with an example topology below with an alarm for fiber break/shutdown? any help really appreciated - idiots terms please!
