SFP-10G-LRM modules with MM fiber OM3

Can the Cisco SFP-10G-LRM  transceiver be used with Multimode OM3 fiber? if so, what would be the cable distance?

Yes.

About 300m.

The SFP+ data sheet does indicate support for OM3 & OM4 fibers (no launch cable required).  220 meters looks to be the link length spec.
