SFP-CH-OC3STM1-I Information and Matrix compatibility

Hello everyone.
I try to perform some tests with a SFP SFP-CH-OC3STM1-I on a ASR 920 with a Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 17.06.03. Marks it as not supported,

*Feb 23 03:10:51.407: %TRANSCEIVER-6-INSERTED: C0/0: iomd: transceiver module inserted in GigabitEthernet0/0/6
*Feb 23 03:10:55.245: %IOSXE_RP_ALARM-6-INFO: cleared CRITICAL xcvr container 0/0/6: Transceiver Missing - Link Down

*Feb 23 03:10:55.234: %TRANSCEIVER-3-NOT_COMPATIBLE: C0/0: iomd: Detected for transceiver module in GigabitEthernet0/0/6, module disabled

I can't find any information about this SFP on the Cisco website or Internet. Can anyone tell me where to find info about configuration and compatibilities of this SF?

only this devices  NCS5500, ASR9000, NCS540. Support the SFP
