Cisco sfp glc-sx-mm is compatible with glc-lh-sm or not.

Can we establish ofc link between them or not

Not going to work.

SX = short haul
LH = long haul

Both optics must be the same wavelength. Either use GLC-SX-MM(D) or GLC-LH-SM(D) at both ends.
