Dear ALL,
Currently we have a Core 6509 and several access switches 3550 , 3750 and 2960 and we are using multicore SFP
GLC-SX-MM and GLC-LH-SM for uplink.
We want to try out 1000Base-BX10-D and 1000BASE-BX10-U with a single fibre.
Will they work on our current system.
Any advise are much appreciated.
Thanks
QL

The Transceiver Compatibility documents are your best sources for this information. They include the supported transceiver types along with the minimum required software loads. The documents for the transceivers can be found at the following url:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps5455/products_device_support_tables_list.html
The 1000Base-BX10-D and 1000BASE-BX10-U transceivers work over singlemode fiber (SMF) only.
