SFP port communication on cisco switch

Hello Good day, I have a clarification on Cisco network switch SFP communication. Cisco switch is possible to communicate with single mode and multi-mode fiber optic cable on a single switch itself? I have to establish a network communication between two areas with 3 kilometer distance. There is a break point between two areas connection also mixture of single mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables (existing) are provided to establish the network connection (Refer to attachment). The Cisco switch is capable to plug and play with SFP ports to establish network communication on single switch with single mode and multi-mode fiber optic cables?

As per your requirement, you need to treat each sigment as one, so i have not seen any issue.

as long as multimode going to multimode and single mode going to single mode with right optic and right SFP here.

Generally the answer is yes. Cisco device needs to "support" the transceiver (if they don't, sometimes it will still work as an unsupported transceiver), but if it does work, as long as the fiber cable is of the right kind, and length, and other side is a "matching" kind, optical transceivers are a bit "blind" to the device. (Much as copper Ethernet ports don't care what kind of CAT cable you use, as long as it's "suitable" for the distance and speed, and far side also supports it.)
