I have several users that are having timeouts while using the CTC program. I made one an administrator on his workstation and that seems to have solved the problem. The problem with making him an administrator can open the flood gates for more problems. Is there a work around or solution to the timeout?

I think you need to disable timeout in CTC. Following method will disable the timer:
1. In CTC, launch debug window by doing the following:
- click on Help menu
- Press and hold CTRL and SHIFT keys simultaneously
- Click on "About CTC..."
2. In debug window, type: IdleTimer stop and press ENTER (this stops the session timeout timer).
3. Exit debug window
4. To restart timer, type: IdleTimer start and press ENTER.
