Unable to provision a DS1 on a 15310MA using CTM

Good Morning all, 

When I try to provision a DS-1 on 15310MA using the DS1-84 card, we are unable to access any of the ports above port 28. on the create circuits window, tab #3. selecting the DS1 card, under the port dropdown menu. if you select DS1 (29-56) or DS1 (57-84), the STS dropdown is grayed out and will not select the proper STS associated with the port. i.e. ports 29 thru 56 are supposed to be on STS #2 and ports 57 through 84 are supposed to be on STS #3.  Building the circuit through CTC works fine.  We are using CTM 8.5 Build 430, Patches 3. the client is the same.   I have attached a pic of the issue.

This is a bug in CTM 8.5.  It has been fixed in CTM 9.1

NOTE: CTM 8.5 was declared End of Life (EOL) July 1, 2009.

- End of SW maintenace release was December, 30, 2010

- Last date for all Support is December, 29, 2012
