2 corporates directories

Hi all,

a company decides to split in two different companies but sharing the some infraestructure, including a CCM 3.3 sr4.

is there a way to split the actual single dc directory in to two, one for each company ?

I think you have to do it manually , If you have some conditions by which you can differentiate between then may be you can do it more easily. Are they going use the same shared infrastructure further is also a point to be considered.
