3.2.2C SPF Failover

Has anyone encountered a reported defect in SPF where if the primary CallManager fails, the phones will NOT register to the secondary CallManager? I was told that this is a problem with the SPF.

Running 3.2(2c) sp-F at a customer and have not seen it.
