5.0.4a update to 5.0.4c fails with error

ERROR: System info not updated by InstallWizard on new partition

I have done a google and am unable to find anything remotely helpful on this.

The customer is running 5.0.4.2000-2 and on the rare occasion can than allow downtime we wanted to update to 5.0.4.4000-2.

The file was copied to the server all ok, it was check summed all ok at all steps.

it started the process fine, except at it the displayed the message:

ERROR: System info not updated by InstallWizard on new partition

I attach the full log it generates for perusal.

Any thoughts are appreciated, and an answer even more.

I suspect you are hitting CSCsh40122. I think you have to restart the cluster. And also see ValidateNetworking.sh runs

Had to restart the Pub due to CiscoTSP issues, but then headed of on holiday :)

Will have a look through the Bug ID and see if it helps.

Do you think the Sub would also need a reboot?

CSCsh40122 - appears to be only viewable by cisco employess. Is it poosible to see nay further info??
