We have recently upgraded our CCM from 4.0.2a to 4.0.2a sr2 and also upgraded our 7912 phone loads to 6.1.0. Since making these changes when we dial a number on the phone and then lift the handset the call is lost, this happens intermittently. Can anyone advise please?
