7912 Directory URL

Gents, I'm running a CCM 4.1.3

When an 7912G phone autoregisters, I can browse my corporate directory. However, when a phone gets registered with BAT/TAPS, I can no longer browse my directory. When I check the settings, no directory URL is pushed via TFTP...

I presume I need to update the configuration files for this phone (where can I find these?)??? Or what is the answer???

The configuration file for the phone is XMLDefault7912.cnf.xml

Hello there.

I know, I also checked the individual phone *cnf.xml configuration and the Directory URL IS provided.

I would think this is a bug or something like that?

Hello everyone...

Bad news! I rebuilt the entire CallManager Cluster and now my corporate directory works just fine... :-(

Probably too late for you guys now if you've been rebuilding clusters. But I also had this problem and the bug is fixed in SR1.
