827-4v voip with e1 isdn pri+qsig

I have the following scenario in a client.

pbx -- 3810-v3(E1 isdn pri+qsig) ---- wan/internet ---- 827-4v(adsl) --pbx

site A site B

when we make a voip call from site A to site B, the ATM0 interface on the 827-4v holds, loosing internet access.

when we make a voip call from site B to site A, the call run's ok.

can anyone help us ?
