add a user error

Hello,

When I want to add a user (CCM 3.1), I have this error:

The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.

Couldn't create user object.undefined

The phone administrator is currently not allowed to add or delete users.

Where are the administrator settings?

there is a problem with your dc directory, go to http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/dc_directory.html this gives help on fixing the directory service

And once DCD is fixed, you might have to re-run call manager setup on the publisher to get it to start working.
