Adding WebEx to SolarWinds using SNMPv3

Hi,

I'm trying to add Cisco WebEx meeting server 2.6 to SolarWinds using SNMPv3 protocol but with no luck :(

I created a new UCM user in WebEx with security level (authNoPriv) and created destination IP for the SolarWinds server and assigned the UCM user to it.

Then I tried to add WebEx server to Solarwinds but SNMP test failed. I don't know what I'm missing!

Also when I add it to Solarwinds should I use the IP address of Admin, Media, IRP, or which IP?

Worked with me now but I don't know who! below the steps that I made:

- in WebEx, created new UCM account with security level (authPriv)

- in SolarWinds, tested snmpv3 using the new account and FAILED

- I enter SolarWinds and Installed SNMP Tester application to see the logs, tested snmpv3 using this application and the test succeeded.

- Returned back to SolarWinds webpage and the tested it again and it worked!

I made multiple test without any luck but it worked when I follow the previous steps!
