Allocation of calls to special pri-channels ?

We have a scenario with a headquarter and 2 branches. Every location has a traditional PBX connected to a cisco router. The used protocol is always QSIG.

At the headquarter router we need now the feature to allocate incoming VOIP calls from the branches to special channels of the pri-interface, where the PBX is connected.

How is this possible?

Channelized E1 and channelized T1 for ISDN PRI can be configured for two types of signaling to support analog calls over digital lines.
