Application Errors

I have Errors in Application Event Viewer.

1:

Unable to read the "First Counter" value under the CiscoCM\Performance Key. Status code returned in data.

2:

The Open Procedure for service "Cisco TcdSrv" in DLL "C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\TcdSrvPerfMon.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Styatus code returned is DWOED 0.

The same happening with Cisco CtiMgr service,.

I have these messages every 10 minutes.

Any ideas what it could be?

And how to fix it?

Seems like the perfmon counters might not have registered properly. What version of CallManager and what version WIN OS do you have?

Please copy the exact errors and paste into your replay. Copyh them by hitting the copy button underneath the up and down arrows when the error is opened.
