On the ART 1.1(1) installation for a CallManager 3.1(3), when we have to enter the account information to log on to the SQL Server, he tries to validate this user id and password but gives me an error saying: "Login failed for user 'sa'. Setup couldn't connect to the SQL Server..."
I'm sure that the account information is correct, so could there be any problem with the SQL Server?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you very much!!

This is a bug which I confirmed with a TAC engineer. I don't recall the exact work around. I have the same issue, the engineer said we needed to edit a hidden sql file the name of which I can't recall. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.
