I am using art 1.1. When trying to do a report on long distance calls I am getting nothing. I can do reports on all other catagories but not long distance. I have gone in and changed dial pattern settings in art and have had no luck. I have a case open with cisco but has not been resolved yet. If I leave all options checked when running a report everything shows up including long distance, so its logging the calls. I guess there is something with my dial pattern setup in art? Any ideas?
