Hello ,
I want ATA 186 to add different prefixes with different triggering digit while dialling out.
For ex. with triggering digit 1, it should add 402.
with triggering digit 2, it should add 402022.
I tried this Dial Plan - P1402 |P2402022 . But on dialling 1 , it does not send the prefix 402 with the No.. But on dialling 2 , it sends 402022 along with no.
Also, if I reverses the dial plan, it sends 402 with 1 as triggering digit but does not send 402022 with 2.
Is it possible?
Thanx

I'd like to help but this part confuses me:
"I tried this Dial Plan - P1402 |P2402022 "
Does that mean you created a dial pattern 1402?

Hello,
My requirement is if i dial a number starting with 1XXXXXXX, it should automatically add the prefix 402 . like 4021XXXXXXX. and if i dial with number startting with 2XXXXXXX, it should add 402022. like 4020222XXXXXXX.
With the dial plan, number dialled with 2X...... were adding the prefix 402022 successfully but not when dialled with 1.
hope this help.

Hi, I think that a Dial plan number with starting digit 1 is considered a Emergency call and not accept any aditional pattern.
I can't never use an extension starting with 1 in ATA 186.
Try with another starting.
Regards.
