My colleague upgraded ata firmware from h323 to sccp. After upgrade i am not able to access device. During boot sequence no lamp is flashing as it was before.
I see no MAC address via cdp on switch where it is connected. If i push lamp button for a few second to hear voice response in phone, i don't hear anything.
Can anybody tell me in what state is our ata ? Does anybody have idea to make ata work again ?
Thanks
Martin

After upgrading an ATA 186 from H.323/SIP to MGCP/SCCP, the ATA can not be configured via the IVR. However, configuration is still possible via the web interface.
You can use the http interface as shown below

The ATA IVR functions should work no matter what protocol it is on. At the very leaat, you should hear the voice prompt.
If you don't hear any thing, I am afraid your ATA is brain-dead. Especially true if the power failure during the upgrade.
May I know, what steps do you took to upgrade it?
What's address of ATA during the upgrade.
Are you still able to ping it?
Thanks
