I have a call manager with a 6608 PRI gateway. Customer's PRI service is from ATT 4ESS. ATT wants the call-by-call NSF service set to Megacom. Calls can not be made if this info is missing in the D channel set-up message.
I've seen this set on IOS routers but not on CAT switches.
Can this work with a 6608 gateway or does something need to change?
thanks
Rob

I think this probably needs to be ported to the 6608. Call Cisco and file an enhancement request.

I had this setup for a few clients of mine. I had to have the Megacom Tech setup the Megacom PRI for STATIC channel assignment. Basically what I ended up doing was getting a guy from AT&T local service on the phone with a guy from AT&T megacom and asked them what the difference was between an AT&T local PRI (which worked) and an AT&T megacom PRI...after a lenghy discussion what we found out is that the megacom PRI uses dynamic channel assignments (call by call) and the local PRI uses a static set (same with every other vender). We had the megacom tech reconfig the Megacom PRI to use static and it worked great.
