Hi All, we are running CCM4.2 and AC1.5. AC works fine. I have been asked if there is any possibility for the attendants to see if the other attendants are online or offline.
Has anyone an idea how this could work?

Hi,
I have never seen this option in the AC, this setup is more of a Call Center application. Though I have had a similar problem with a customer that report that all there AC where going off line during the day due to miss operation. Using the Real Time Monitor tool I set up a new alarm on the Attendant Console monitor this can be done by monitoring the service, right clicking on the window and setting the required threshold.
