CCM 3.1.4b and AC 1.1.2. When a user in a hunt group gets a call and hangs up, the AC client console shows the call as still active. The user is having no problem using his phone though. The AC client has to logout and login again, to view the correct status of the user.
This happens intermittently, but sure happens. Is it a bug, and are theer any workarounds.
