We use CCM 3.3.2 SPC and attendant console 1.2(1 es2)
Users complain that the attendant console logs off automatically. They also complain that when they are logged in, that it takes about 15 minutes before the line become active.
When I go to the real time monitoring tool I can see how many people are logged in/out and at what time. But I only see the names of the pc. Is there a way I can see the same information, based on the pilot point or hunt groups?
