Automatic Report Generation/Alert Option

I got an interesting question about CUCM. In CDR, Reports config > Automatic Report Generation/Alert Option there are bunch of system reports that when enabled can be customized. However when clicking on customize paramters button, it will open up another window but would not load anything. 

 

I have verified that all the possible cdr services enabled, tried various browsers, made sure certificates were good. To me it really seems like a JAVA security issue,

 

I have tried with carious versions of Call manager and same thing seem to happen you guys have any thoughts on this?

 

Any info would be helpful

I will answer to my own question, 

 

apparently its a bug on certain call manager versions
