BARS -- Does it cover DC Directory and MS-SQL

I'm trying to create the procedure for the Bare Metal Restore for our Telco servers. And I'm wondering if BARS backs-up (and subsequently restores) the DC Directory and the MS-SQL databases.

We have a CallManager 4.1(3) SR2 and use BARS 4.0.7
