BARS issue

Hi

I meet the BARS problem. I have install the BARS version 4.04. I try to backup the CCM.

I need to restore the data to a Same version CCM in other server. The Restore is successful. But I found that the CTL Provider service can not start. I try to restart the service the service also can not start. I have also reboot the server. No action can be done. What's problem occur ?

Have you taken a look at the CTLProvider logs inn C:\Program Files\Cisco\Trace to see they provide an idea of the issue?
