Is there a way to change the bearer capability on a CCM controlled MGCP PRI gateway? I've set the voice port to bearer-cap 3100hz but it has no effect. Calls are still going out with Speech. Gateway is a 3725 running 12.3(2)T

The reason behind the calls still going out with speech is duw to a bug.The bug-Id is: CSCdy15468

Does this only affect the 6608 or does it affect IOS gateways as well?
