I have a new deployment of CCM 4.0 going, and found an issue with line groups that perform a broadcast hunt. By design, a DN can't belong to more than one line group. My customer has a need for a user's DN to be a member of more than one broadcast group. I thought I would be able to create either a CTI port or a CTI route point and set a CFA parameter to the users' DN, but I am not able to add either to the line group. I have a TAC case open, but they are looking into a workaround - anyone out here have any ideas?
