Hello all,
we have programed a XML-Service for our VoIP infrastructure. Before the main Service starts, we must check a free/busy status from ip-phones groups.
Most of the phones answers quick but some phones answers with few-seconds delay.
When we check this funktion (Broascasting) on CCME 7, we see that the free phones answers directly. The busy phones were ignored.
Know we search for an soulution to get the status directly on the CM 6 or 7? And perhaps the reason for the delay ?!?
As attachment Network Monitor trace. Part one is ok, part two is not ok.

How are you checking for free/busy? If you just use CiscoIPPhoneExecute with Priority 2, it does not get executed if phone is busy (on call).

We send a unicast packets to the phones. If the phone is free, it will send a packet back to our server and wait for service. We can see that not all free phones send directly aswer. The trace can you see in the first message.
