Busy Trigger and Max # Calls

Does anyone know if there is way to change the default Busy Trigger value of 2 and the Max call value of 4? Basically I'm trying to make the default be call waiting off so those values are 1 and 2 respectively.

You can use BAT to modify this.

this value is under Phone configuration page --- line configuration page option change that option to 1 to turn off waiting and on the same page you have another option for Max. call.

Definitely agree with the other poster. You can modify this on a line by line basis. (on each phone). But if you need to change this in bulk, you may use BAT.

I'm tring to change the default when a new phone is added. Right now we have to change that value, and sometimes that detail is forgotten and that causes issues. I was hoping there would be a way to change the default but I guess this is a mangement issue.
