With the Cisco 880 ISR routers going end of life...what is the equivalent replacement with voice capabilities?

I'm thinking you would need to jump up to an ISR4221 and then put whatever VoIP interface into it you need.

ISR4221 do not provide UC support

The direct replacement for the 800-series router is the 1100.
For SRST, the router needs to have "uck9" license.

@Leo Laohoo if I recall correctly, the 881V had 4 built in FXS ports. I don't believe any 1100 series routers have FXS ports. So they would need to go up to the 4000 series where you can get FXS modules.

You could still use them for sip calling routing and the like - but without any DSP resource you would have to be carefull with the codecs.
I bet no 1100 series will come out with analog ports, as analog ports are declining in use, greatly. The small number required are now servde by ATA's.
Just my crystal ball gazing.

These routers are SOHO, so how do we provide 911 services to these remote sites? Typically was done via FXO, but if we need fanless routers with FXO there's no more options?
