Call handler (operator)

We have set up the Operator handler to go a ext. When we enter voice mail we hit the 0 key to go to the extension and get message "operator is not available at this time" if we leave a message and then press 0 we get the ext. we programed into the call handler...anyone have any solutions to are problems. (all other keys work to skip greeting and exit out to another ext)

where are you entering the voice mail system? The opening greeting? I'll be tthe "0" key on that call handler is setup for "send to greeting for" the operator call handler instead of the "attempt transfer for" the operator call handler like you want.

You can change this behavior in bulk for all call handlers/subscribers using Bulk Edit if you need to.

We have that set to attempt to transfer and it still doesn't work.

I only did that on the call handler and not the subscriber. This did fix the problem.
