Call Management Records from IP softphone

Hi

After enabling CDR and CMR insert on Callmanager 3.3.3 I only see CMR’s from a physical phones in SQL

From IP Softphone we see CDR’s but no CMR’s . Can somebody confirm if CMR’s are working with IP Softphones? We have a large deployment with mainly Softphones!

CMR's won't be generated by the original softphone because it's not a SCCP based endpoint.

If you use the new IP Communicator, which is SCCP based, you should see CMR records generated.
