Call Manager 4.1(3) Autoattendant CTI problem

I have configured CTI route point, CTI devices, associated them with a user (aacm) have configured jtapi, group, media and application, configured the respository and all engine services are IN_Service. At call manager CTI-RP and CTI´s are registed.

When I try to call to CTI-RP it does but it tries to reach any of the 4 port cti´s configured but after few seconds I recevie a Busy tone. If I try to reach individually each CTI port I get a fast busy.

I have deployed before this scenario but never had this problems, most common was JTAPI OUT_Service but this is not the case.

MY CM is with 2.7sr2, cm-es.3-5-2-sr1.exe and cm-es-ffr.3-5-3.exe

Prior 4.1(2) worked fine but this does not.

Has any one else experienced the same

You might be running into a bug here.The Bug-id is: CSCsa77103. Go through the bug and see if it matches your problem
