Users have complained that the call waiting notification beep is not working. We have been upgrading IPCC from 3.5 to 4.1 but have rebooted the publisher. The ring once feature works just not the beep.
I think you are hitting CSCee67413. Call waiting will not work on a ephone-dn which is being monitored.
