CallActive and CallInProgress in Admin Serviceability Tool

Hi,

Under the object tree of CallManager, there are two paramenters call "CallActive" and "CallInProgress".

Based on the description, "CallActive" means the call is actually connected and is having voice path established. "CallInProgress" means the number of calls currently in progress (including all the calls that is currently being setup, no voice path). By the description, the CallActive should be smaller than CallInProgress.

Currently, I am seeing close to 450 CallActive but only 43 CallsInProgress. While the "CallsInProgress" reflects the correct number of calls (I did a count), "CallActive" just keep on increasing over a long period of time until I did a system reset.

Does anyone encounter the same problem? Thanks.

Sounds like a bug. What version are you running?
