Caller ID over PRI Call Manager 3.3.3

Will inbound caller name be supported in the facilities IE if you have your gateway configured as H.323 or do you have to have the gateway configured as an MGCP Gateway.

The release notes for 3.3.3 say on gateways that are no non-qsig caller name and number is supported if telco uses facilities IE

As far as I know it has to be MGCP.
