Callerid for incoming call

I have configured some clients number as CCM users so that we can easily find and call them from the Corporate Directory. Is it possible for these clients names to show up in the phone for incoming calls (from PSTN)?Some kind of lookup in LDAP...

You would probably need to have IPCC on hand to do this. Basically, the call comes into CCM, routes to IPCC. IPCC starts a script that will run the following:

- comparing incoming DID to existing database

- match name, number and push in x direction

- name pop on computer screen or IP phone screen.

CCM alone can not do this. It needs a companion to handle this, in this case IPCC.

Not to say that there is not another way, but...
