CallManager 4 configuration Help Need

Hi,

i have cisco 3640 router without any voice card install and cisco call manager 4.0(2) on MCS. i configure localy dial the ip phone 7960.

My Question is

how can configure call manager and router 3640 with sip service provider. what i next steps required to configure the router and callmanager.

Any Help will be apprecatied.
